This method is clearly very strong. Don't think brute force automated software will be able to compromise. I do like the wildcard & fact that the pins are sometimes obscured making it further challenging to hack. Key logger won't be successful ...

You have solved the hardest part- developing a very strong authentication method that 9 out of 10 hackers would give up on and move on. I think the next challenge is to demonstrate / implement in real world use cases that the average person can get ... i.e. short / simple video depicting someone using the GATE system accessing their online bank account.

Thank you very much for reaching out to me. I have seen and implemented many authentication methods, but GATE looks very simple and strong.

I think the key is to ensure the security of the server with strong encryption and you can beat almost any authentication solution in the market today by simplicity, cost efficiency versus the provided level of security.

I will share it on my linkedin account - hope it helps to be seen by my network of security professionals, but also i will recommend it to some banks/insurance/security services providers that i am in contact with on security topics.

I will also get back to you for more info about real life implementation, if needed. Once again, thanks for sharing and congrats for such an outstanding and simple solution !

I am still running test on this Tech. Currently I have showed a few other students the webpage, gave them my login, and watched them as they tried to login. Needless to say it was rather funny to watch them get upset when they couldn't login. They even recorded me and played it back. We are taking the weekend for them to study up on it a little more, then we will run the test again. I am taking notes and will forward to you with what we think. Quick question, is the only way to access the tech is through your webpage. Some of the people here would like to test it more in depth in VMs. Thanks.

Do you think you can send me an API for this. We are curious in testing it in a contained environment.

After the weekend I spoke to my associates and they were still unable to figure out my password. I entered it in front of them and they took home a video of me entering my login in multiple times. And yet they were unable to figure out my pattern. We will continue to run this experiment a few more times over the next few weeks to see if they can figure it out. I think this idea can be extremely beneficial, and will simplify the need to remember so many passwords as we have to do now. If you have anymore news about the product, or would like more insight from me please let me know. Thanks.

Hey Frank I did the presentation at the Microsoft store out here and it was well received by the students in the class. They were curious on were they can download the app lol. My site manager says I should present it to one of our partners. I will let you know more when I speak to them next week. Unfortunately I couldn't get any videos recorded of the presentation but I pretty much showed them my password and offered them money.

I am completely onboard with GATE, i think we need to change the way we do security just as much as you do. Testing it in the limited scope of the Demo, has proven many of the claims you have presented about GATE. I think what I was looking for more is where you want it to go. Some of colleagues have found GATE interesting...
